The SOS Children's Villages Child Care Space sits on top of a hill (extreme left) in Rayale, Nepal on 1 July 2015. The roads to Rayale have just been cleared again after multiple landslides cut it off. The monsoon is causing mudslides and aftershocks still occasionally happen. The April 25th earthquake together with big aftershocks on April 26 and May 12 killed over 8000 people and injured over 19000 people, destroying over half a million houses.
