30th March 2009, Mysore, Karnataka, India: The complete product, ready for packing, the indelible ink that will be used for the upcoming 2009 India Lok Sabha Elections. Each phial contains 10ml of ink, and if properly applied, can be used to mark a line on the finger of as many as 700 voters.
